A delicious dressing for mixed greens and cold noodle salads, or dipping sauce for bread as an appetizer.
- 1/4 tsp. MATCHA
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive or cold pressed sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Whisk matcha into rice wine vinegar in a bowl until fully dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and quickly whisk together until completely combined. Use immediately. Do not store.
