HOW TO MAKE AN ICED TEA LATTE
Brew tea of your choice, double strength - steep as directed. When the tea has finished steeping, strain & combine with equal parts non-dairy milk over ice. Easy to make in a to-go tumbler, for a healthy summer treat on-the-go!
tip: water will extract the flavour from tea leaves more effectively than milk, so it is best to steep the tea in water as opposed to steeping tea in milk.

CHOCOLATE HUG TEA-MOCHA
It's delicious like a mocha, but without any of the added sugar, sweeteners or caffeine ~ kids will love it too!
2 tsp Chocolate Hug herbal tea
1 cup hot water, full rolling boil
1/2 cup ice
1 cup chilled oat milk or almond milk
Brew 2 tsp Chocolate Hug Tea in 1 cup boiling water. Steep for 10 mins. then strain. Pour hot tea over 1/2 cup ice (this will chill the tea instantly). Add oat milk or almond milk to cup. Optional - use a vanilla or chocolate oat milk to sweeten. This will add a few calories & sugar to the drink but you can still control how much you add.
