how to use
Taking a warm bath (or footbath) an hour or two before bed can help release physical & mental tension, & may help you fall asleep more easily. It can also help improve sleep quality because physical tension can interfere with a peaceful night’s sleep. Pair it with a cup of lukewarm Lullaby Tea to enhance the relaxation further, or have a cup of the same tea, after the bath.
Drinking hot tea while taking a hot bath can cause you to get overheated, so if you’re drinking tea in the bath, let it cool down. While a hot bath is relaxing, when the bath is too hot, it can stimulate the circulation & leave you feeling overly stimulating.
For aiding sleeping, it’s best to take a warm to hot bath, but not an ultra hot bath before bed or it can leave you feeling energizing when you want to sleep.

As well, if you don’t have a bathtub at home, a footbath is a great alternative. Even if you do have a bathtub, a footbath is easy to do while reading or watching tv. Add 1 tbsp to the footbath. To ensure maximum benefits, add the bathsalts to the footbath immediately before entering & not while it is filling with water. Soak 20 min daily or 3x a week for best results.
