Celebrate CHINESE NEW YEAR with this refreshing, sugar-free (but naturally sweet) cocktail or mocktail.
A versatile drink, it pairs beautifully with any Asian food.
- 4 tbsp. JASMINE OASIS
- 2 cups water
- pinch of SWEET HERB
- 1 cup ice
- juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons or limes
- optional: 6 oz. white rum
Pour tea and SWEET HERB mixture over ice in a heatproof jug (a container resistant to extreme hot and cold temperatures, like a TAKEYA) to chill instantly. Combine chilled tea with fresh juice and white rum (to turn into a cocktail). Stir until mixed.
Serve in short glass tumblers over ice. Garnish with thinly sliced limes or lemons and star fruit. Enjoy!
