- Online shopping.  We'll ship these goods to Canada & the US. 

- Visiting our stores in person.  In addition to the items on this site, our shops carry a beautiful selection of teaware and household goods that can only be purchased in-store. Quantities of these items vary and many are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces - it's worth visiting us in person to see and shop these collections.  Any items that are not displayed on this website are not available for shipping or Store Pickup.

- Inter-store transfers are not available at this time.  If an item is available at one location, it needs to be purchased from that location. 

- Shipped wares items are a final sale.  We do not offer returns or exchanges on these.
