How to use
Immediately before bed, simply roll the product directly onto your wrists, forehead, temples & sternum. Breathe deeply & find yourself feeling tranquil & relaxed.
To intensify the benefits, try a simple deep breathing exercise. Slowly inhale & exhale, at least 10 breaths. Each time you slowly inhale, focus your mind on the serene scent.
