Our much-loved Berry Victoria Tea is back in stock while quantities last to uplift our spirits & our community. Dive into mouth-watering berries & delicious black tea. A wonderfully refreshing iced tea, this blend is also divine served hot. It evokes the feeling of a treat, (but without the calories), making it a great choice when you’re craving sweets! Check out RECIPE IDEAS below to discover how to transform it into a slushie or punch (which taste decadent but are actually pretty good for you!).
ingredients: black tea, lavender, rose petals & native bergamot, infused with coastal berries & vanilla bean
*We (along with so many other businesses and individuals!) have been negatively impacted by the effects of Covid-19. Making a difference & contributing to the community has been a key part of who we are & what we’ve been doing since we opened in 1992. So, although times are tough for us too right now, we still want to give back. For now - it’s through donating the net proceeds from sales of this tea. We have also made in-kind contributions to several non-profits. We are hopeful that we will recover & as we do, our contributions will also expand & grow. We’ll keep you posted & provide further updates about our progress both in terms of where our donations are going as well as our recovery.
Our hearts are big, but our wallets & our staff are small at the moment. At this time we would kindly ask that you not contact us to request donations, as we do not have the capacity to respond to enquiries - we’ve chosen the Victoria Foundation’s Vital Victoria Fund because it benefits many.
BERRIES & CREAM SLUSHIE: pour 1 cup boiling water over 3 tbsp. Berry Victoria tea. Steep 5 min & strain. Combine tea with 3 cups ice & 1 cup soy, almond or coconut milk. Place in blender. Set to high until well combined. Makes approx. 1 litre.
COASTAL BERRY PUNCH: mix equal parts chilled Berry Victoria Tea & cranberry juice. Optional: add 2oz of your favourite spirit (gin, vodka, tequila or rum) to every cup. Serve in tall tumblers over plenty of ice. Garnish with local berries & fresh mint.
Pour 2 cups of water over 1 tsp. of SILK ROAD premium quality, organic loose tea. This may not seem like a lot of tea but SILK ROAD teas are incredibly fresh & flavourful, which means that you don’t need very much in order to produce a delicious cup of tea. Using any more tea leaves can result in a cup of tea that is too strong.

Loose teas are sold in refillable tins to preserve freshness and nutrients. Exposure to light, heat and air causes flavour loss as well as the nutrient value of tea to decline, so be sure to store your teas in the tins they came in. Bring the tin back into our shops for refills and enjoy a discount. Please note that we sell our loose teas by volume, not weight.
