Ice Brewed Tea
Ice Brewing is the perfect method when traveling or camping when access to a kettle or hot water is limited. When traveling & staying in a hotel, bring your favourite tea, & all you'll need is ice from the hotel's ice machine or you can also COLD brew tea!
Ice brewed tea results in a sweeter, milder taste, without the addition of sugar (hot water tends to produce a more bitter tasting brew than cold water) & reduces caffeine as compared to brewing in hot water. When traveling, it's great to drink teas that are high in antioxidants & the amino acid, L-Theanine that helps with mental focus & for you to feel calmer, as well as aid in overcoming jet lag without high amounts of caffeine.
