INGREDIENTS
2 tsp. PEACH PARADISE tea1 cup boiling water
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp. maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Steep PEACH PARADISE tea in boiling water for 5 minutes*. Froth or heat non-dairy milk in a saucepan on your stove top. While heating, whisk milk to create frothy bubbles. Strain tea leaves, stir in honey & add equal parts heated milk to tea. Garnish each mug with a orange zest.
For a little extra heat, add 1-2 oz of brandy, bourbon, rum or your favourite spirit.
* Water will extract the flavour from tea leaves more effectively than milk, so it is best to steep the tea in water as opposed to steeping tea in milk.
