Replace a portion of the stock with strongly brewed Lapsang Souchong tea. To make 1 liter, use 3 cups of stock, and 1 cup of Lapsang Souchong tea. To make the strongly brewed Lapsang Souchong tea, use 3 tbsp. of tea to 1 cup water. Bring water to a full rolling boil. Steep 5 minutes and strain. Then pour the brewed tea into the soup pot, along with the stock. Stir to combine.
Garnish with basil or parsley.
